Our garments are made to order and have a production time of approximately 2-3 weeks. Once we have received your order from Brazil, we aim to get your package delivered within 1 week.

Because all our handmade Crochet orders are made to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. However, we will accept exchanges for a different size if the clothes do not fit.
Sunset Mood accepts exchanges only on different sizes of the original style purchased. If you would like to purchase a new style, a new order must be placed. All return fees are the responsibility of the costumer.
The garments must be returned for an exchange in the same condition that it was shipped. Please make sure merchandise is unworn, undamaged and with the original Sunset Mood tag on it. Returns that do not meet our policy cannot be accepted.
