For Exchanges, we can only accept non faulty items that are in their original condition, without having been worn/washed or altered, with tags and hygiene sticker still attached, and in its original packaging (boxes, drawstring bags, dustbags included). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- You can only exchange the same item for a different size.
- We cannot exchange items to a different colour or for a completely different item.
- Please be aware that we can only exchange the same item for a different size one time only.
It is unfortunately not possible to accept several parcels with returns of the same order at different times.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at email@example.com. Make sure you put "Return" and your order number in the subject field to speed up the processing of your request.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
