We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

When returning, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and hygiene sticker should be attached, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Make sure you put "Return" and your order number in the subject field to speed up the processing of your request.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return can for logistic reasons not be accepted. 

Once we’ve received your return and as soon as it's approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. We strive to do this as soon as possible, but please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve processed your return, please contact us at and we'll be glad to help speed things up.
